Job Title: Site Head Mandated Project Location: West Ahmedabad Reports To: Project Head / Sales Manager Role Overview: Lead the operations of a premium real estate site in West Ahmedabad. Manage walk-in customers, build strong relationships with HNI clients, oversee the sales journey, and ensure a top-notch site experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all on-site operations and customer touchpoints. Engage and nurture HNI relationships for high-value deal closures. Handle the complete walk-in journey—from greeting to transaction. Lead and motivate the on-site sales team. Coordinate with internal and developer teams for site readiness. Track, report, and drive sales performance. Requirements: 5–8 years’ experience in real estate sales, preferably luxury/HNI segment. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of West Ahmedabad’s real estate market.
