BE preferred. 5+ years experience as BIM Technician working on Civil 3D software. Decent Revit skills will be an added advantage. Specific experience in BIM and CADD drafting for projects related to Earthwork, water supply, sewerage, and drainage system. Varied experience including roadway, drainage other civil infrastructure would be added advantage Excellent knowledge and experience in Civil 3D. Knowledge of Revit will be addon Experience in working on BIM Platform preferred Knowledge on Sub-assembly composer, Part Builder, Content Browser Expertise on Data-shortcuts, Import/export civil 3d data in other coordination software s. Knowledge on Point cloud database and Control file sizes. Knowledge on modeling of junctions, varied slopes, ditches, Alignments, tables etc. Troubleshooting civil 3D issues. Preference will be given to experience in international projects (USA/UK/ Middle East, Australia) Familiar with preparation of Site Civil Plans, pipeline layout plan and profile, General Arrangement drawings for pumping station, water/ wastewater treatment works. The Landscape Draftsman role based in Gurgaon involves preparing high-quality technical drawings and detailed landscape plans under the guidance of landscape architects. You will be responsible for converting conceptual sketches into accurate CAD and BIM drawings, assisting in the creation of tender and construction documents, and ensuring compliance with industry and project standards. Your main responsibilities will include preparing detailed 2D drawings, sections, layouts, and planting plans using drafting tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. You will collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to translate design concepts into working drawings, ensuring accuracy, updates, and adherence to standards. Additionally, you will support in preparing tender packages, quantity take-offs, and BOQs, as well as updating drawings based on feedback and design changes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with at least 3-7 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in landscape or site development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, while knowledge of other drafting and visualization tools is a plus. Experience with urban landscape, parks, streetscapes, or public realm projects is preferred, along with an understanding of landscape materials, plants, site grading, and detailing. Key skills and competencies required for this role include strong drafting and technical detailing abilities, a good understanding of landscape construction elements and materials, high attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and effective collaboration and communication skills. Familiarity with regional landscape codes and standards would be beneficial for this position.,

Accountabilities: Preparation of basic site layouts, general arrangement drawings, site grading, plans and profiles, cut and fill calculations, site servicing including water distribution, sanitary sewers, storm water management, shallow utilities, erosion & sediment control etc. Understand design and drafting systems and standards and design development process followed by clients and implement in work Provide design guidance and instruction to drafting staff, and junior/intermediate designers Travel offshore for training/on-site work: Occasionally Regularly interact and engage with other members of the discipline Build and develop professional profile both internally and externally Adherence to professional standards, ethics and Client quality procedures and standards Design of projects under the instructions of a PL s or Lead Engineer using Civil engineering software such as, but not limited to, Autodesk Civil3D, Infraworks and AutoCAD Execute project modelling & detailing services Develop design skills and industry knowledge together with a consistent track record in performance Assist in development of tools and constant improvement to procedures and standards Attend project review meetings and ensure the provision of completed and reviewed drawings (self-verification checklists) Develop a reputation for reliability and consistency Invest conscious effort to develop effective written and verbal communication skills Person Specifications: BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering + minimum 8 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering + minimum 10 years of relevant experience Very good hands-on experience of Civil3D & AutoCAD 2D is must. Knowledge of MicroStation/ OpenRoads / Infraworks / Revit / 12D will be preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu Knowledge of site civil infrastructure and utilities Experience of preparing the GA and detailed drawings of land development projects including residential / commercial / industrial projects General knowledge of construction techniques and practices Knowledge and project experience of working and delivering in a BIM environment Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and use his/her initiative.
