The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of hands-on experience in project execution, AutoCAD , vendor coordination , and quality control . Prior exposure to land acquisition processes and large-scale real estate construction is a must. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards Interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings , layouts, and working plans on-site Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams Manage and monitor vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth progress Conduct site inspections, quality checks , and material verification Track and report daily progress, delays, and site issues to management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local construction norms Support in land measurement, leveling , and coordination during land acquisition Maintain construction logs, reports, and material usage records Handle issue resolution on-site with an eye for minimizing project delays Key Skills Required: Excellent command of AutoCAD and MS Office Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building execution Experience in land development, leveling, and acquisition coordination Proficiency in vendor management , BOQs, and billing Good understanding of quality control procedures and safety norms Ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings Strong organizational and team management skills Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 8+ years of relevant site execution experience in real estate Preference for candidates with experience in NCR-based projects Why Join 360 Realtors? What this job involves: Executing flawless technical activities As the go-to person in all things technical, youll keep the Company up to speed on operating and utilities costs. Together with the building manager, you will monitor the invoices for technical services rendered. Aside from these, youll keep an eye out on the maintenance practices of our contractors to ensure that their scope of work is aligned with manufacturer recommendations and our own preventive maintenance standards. Youll also oversee the repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies. Moreover, youll be in charge of performing routine inspection, inventory and documentation of these systems.
