Responsibilities of a Site Engineer
1.Planning daily activities and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Ensuring work is carried out according to the project schedule.3. overseeing day-to-day site operations.4. Ensuring construction work is executed correctly, safely, and efficiently.5.Monitoring labor, materials, and equipment usage
6.Documentation & Reporting
Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
Maintaining site records such as:
Material delivery logs
Inspection reports
Work permits
Quality checklists
7.Coordinating with clients, consultants, project managers, and subcontractors.
Communicating progress, issues, and updates effectively.
