Job Description

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelors degree in
Civil, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering
(or related field).
Experience:
15 years in construction/site engineering (industry-specific).
Requirement:
Must have a 2-wheeler with license.
Salary:
As per company standard

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software.
Knowledge of
HSE regulations
, building codes, and quality standards.
Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Site Engineers:

Overall Project Management and Execution & Progress Control Report with Quality and safety compliances
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, pumps and firefighting system etc.).
Ensure mechanical equipment meets design specifications with material management and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and ensure preventive maintenance.

For Fire Protection Site Engineers:

Supervise installation of fire protection systems (sprinklers, fire alarms, hydrants, suppression systems).
Conduct fire system tests and inspections, documenting results.
Train staff on fire system operations and emergency protocols.
