a) Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site.
b) Ensure work is executed as per architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
c) Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site execution.
d) Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards and design intent.
e) Maintain site safety protocols and ensure all workers follow safety guidelines.
f) Prepare daily progress reports and share with the Project Manager.
g) Manage site resources such as workforce, equipment, and materials efficiently.
h) Resolve on-site issues related to design interpretation, labour management, or vendor delays.
i) Attend regular project coordination meetings.
j) Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within defined budgets and deadlines.
