Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in the Greater Nashik Area. The Site Engineer will oversee the planning and execution of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Key duties include supervising daily site operations, liaising with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction site management, project execution, and quality control
• Knowledge of road construction standards, materials, and techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with contractors, teams, and stakeholders
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols on construction sites
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications and prior experience in road construction projects (desirable)
