Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Estimation & Billing:

    Prepare detailed measurement sheets, BOQs, rate analyses, and cost estimates for all civil works and materials.
  2. Tendering & Documentation:

    Draft, review, and finalize tender documents, work orders, purchase orders, and contract agreements.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination:

    Liaise effectively with government departments, society committees, architects, consultants, tenants, landlords, and statutory authorities.
  4. Procurement & Logistics:

    Plan and manage bulk procurement of building materials, ensure cost optimization, and coordinate logistics.
  5. Vendor Management:

    Negotiate and monitor contractor performance to achieve efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
  6. Project Execution:

    Oversee daily site operations, supervise workforce, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
  7. Quality Assurance:

    Conduct quality audits, material inspections, and maintain progress and compliance reports as per project and RERA norms.
  8. Planning & Scheduling:

    Prepare and update project schedules using Gantt and Bar Charts; track milestones and deliverables.
  9. Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to all government permissions, RERA updates (including Form 3), and project-specific statutory obligations.
  • Resource Management:

    Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials across sites.
  • Technical Upgradation:

    Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and best practices in construction and redevelopment.
  • Reporting:

    Provide daily and periodic progress reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
  • Communication:

    Maintain professional fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi for effective coordination and reporting.
