Site Engineer (Mechanical)

The Site Supervisor (Mechanical) position in Pune requires an individual with 2 to 5 years of experience in supervisory roles within the industrial sector, preferably in site management. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities at the project site. Your role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure the project progresses according to schedule and plans. You will also monitor construction processes, adhere to safety regulations and quality standards, and manage the allocation and use of materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize site productivity and efficiency. Clear communication with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, will be essential to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution. You will also need to implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment and minimize risks on the site. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit will be beneficial for this role. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field, with a degree in a related field being a plus. Technical skills in site management and construction methodologies, along with a strong understanding of safety and quality standards, are required.
