The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering. --- Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities related to railway construction or maintenance. Ensure work is carried out according to technical drawings, standards, and safety protocols. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site staff to ensure timely project execution. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship. Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material usage, and incident logs. Assist in preparing measurement books (MB) and billing documents. Liaise with project managers and government officials/inspectors as required. Ensure adherence to railway safety and construction standards (e.g., IRPWM, RDSO guidelines). --- Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. 0–2years of experience in railway construction or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with railway standards, safety protocols, and government regulations. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction equipment/instruments. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to work at project sites, including remote locations if required. --- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with track laying, earthwork, bridges, or platform construction. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other civil engineering software tools. Previous experience with Indian Railways or railway contractors is an added advantage.
