Job Title: Site Engineer (Real Estate) Location: Raipur Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Engineer with a background in real estate to oversee construction projects, ensure quality standards, and coordinate between teams on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate development, site management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities on-site. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety and building standards. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications. Manage on-site workforce and resources. Report progress and resolve site issues promptly. Ensure adherence to legal and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably with real estate development projects. Knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and building codes. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team coordination abilities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with real estate development processes. Experience with project management software. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
