Site Engineer (Civil)

You will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction work and ensuring proper execution according to project plans. This includes supervising and coordinating with laborers, contractors, and construction teams. Your active participation in construction activities and assistance in work execution will be essential. It will also be your responsibility to ensure quality control, manage material, and adhere to safety protocols. Reading and interpreting structural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications will be part of your daily tasks. Monitoring project progress, managing timelines, and providing daily updates will be crucial. You will need to handle troubleshooting and resolve on-site challenges, while maintaining records of work, materials, and workforce utilization. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and possess 1-3 years of experience in site execution and management. Your willingness to stay on-site and actively engage in construction activities is important. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
