Job Description

Candidates with a strong background in residential construction and possess hands-on experience in managing projects from start to finish. Great Interpersonal Skills of connecting well with clients, teammates, and contractors is essential, and to cherish collaboration. Well-organized management Skills and leadership talents to guide our teams and resources, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Clear and precise communication to keep everyone informed and aligned throughout the project. A Problem Solver thinking on his feet tackling challenges and coming up with creative solutions to keep our projects on track. Roles Responsibilities Organizing material quantities and confirming all required tools and resources are accessible on-site. Oversee site execution individually, following drawings, and bring strong expertise in civil, interior, and landscape projects. Streamlining material organization and ensuring the site is safe and well-maintained. Able to independently manage 2-3 projects with minimal guidance, understand current materials and pricing, check BOQs, and attend regular site client meetings. Formulating work schedules and keeping crew members and clients informed of any modifications. Assignments call for independent decision-making skills along with the capacity to work well with a team with no schism. Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards all the way through completion.
