Site Engineer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Have experience in Aluminum form casting or My 1 .
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and report on their status.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical advice and support to site workers and contractors.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify any issues or defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports.
• Prepare progress reports and document changes to plans or specifications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate communication between various teams and departments.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency on-site.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure that costs are kept within the allocated budget.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and site workers.
• Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications
