Key Responsibilities:

Site Coordinator:

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and coordination
• Monitor work progress and update reports
• Support engineers and site supervisors with documentation
• Coordinate between project team, vendors, and clients
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed on site

Sales Coordinator – Civil:

• Support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely updates
• Maintain customer data and assist in after-sales service
• Handle basic technical queries related to civil products/services

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally (for Site Coordinator role)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Email handling
