Site Coordinator – Carpet & Flooring Projects

We are looking for a Site & Customer Support Executive to manage post-sales installation work at customer locations.

Company Overview:

We are a leading Carpet & Decor showroom based near Mankavu, Calicut, providing quality wooden flooring, carpet tiles, SPC, and vinyl solutions. We offer professional installation services and complete flooring solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites after order confirmation
• Take accurate site measurements
• Arrange and coordinate workers for installation
• Supervise work progress (each project completes in 2–3 days)
• Solve basic site issues or technical questions (training provided)
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
• Travel to project sites when needed (within Calicut and nearby areas)

Candidate Requirements:

Basic knowledge of site work (civil/interior/tiles/flooring)

ITI / Diploma / 12th pass with some site experience

Good communication and customer service skills

Problem-solving attitude and responsible nature

Willing to travel for work (30% field work)

Male candidates preferred (due to on-site travel and supervision)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Location:

Showroom near Mankavu, Lulu mall Exit gate Calicut + Site locations (local travel)

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Training Provided:

Yes – full product and technical training on flooring materials (wood, SPC, vinyl, carpet tile)

Joining Required:
