Description
You will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data such as maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others. - Carrying out technical and feasibility studies and drawing up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. - Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs. - Providing advice and resolving creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. - Overseeing and mentoring staff and liaising with a variety of stakeholders. - Handling over the resulting structures and services for use. - Monitoring progress and compiling reports on project status. - Managing budget and purchasing equipment/materials. - Ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc., and delivering technical files and other technical documentation as required. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years experience in civil/mechanical Construction. Technical Competencies: - Quality Control & Inspections - Budget & Cost Control - Project Management & Execution Industries: Construction: Pre Engineered Building Educational Qualification (Minimal Required): 1) B Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Structural 2) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Duration & nature of past experience required (Minimal Required): - 8-10 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
