POSITION SUMMARY Role Purpose - Responsible for Technical Support including Site Application, Complaints resolution and Trainings Autonomy in decision making - Depends on the criticality, in normal situations freedom to take decisions is present. Manager Technical Support shall be mentoring the employee; he should work closely with this function and take support for all critical issues KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Application Support including site mockups, project execution etc. Attending site-complaints, resolving them in a professional manner Conduct Trainings to dealer-teams at project sites as well as Refresher Training Programs Coordinate activities in Shingles Application Training Centre at Kochi Support and monitor dealers in Site works Backend support to Sales team including Samples, demo, exhibitions and similar events SKILLS Functional Product awareness of Building-Materials segment Site execution of premium building products Site installation knowhow Hands on in Application and Complaint solving Trainings both in demo-centre and at sites Awareness of territorial topography and willingness to travel extensively Behavioral 1.
