Site Civil Engineer (Residential Construction)

About the Role

We are constructing a stilt + 4 floor residential building and are hiring a Site Civil Engineer to manage daily site execution.

You will work directly with the Owner, coordinate contractors and the architect, and take ownership of site progress, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work as per drawings and schedule
• Coordinate contractors, architect, and vendors
• Ensure quality workmanship and reduce rework
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Maintain site safety at all times
• Track progress and report updates via WhatsApp / Excel
• Identify issues early and resolve them proactively

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Engineer (residential projects)
• Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing works
• Able to read drawings independently
• Honest, responsible, and calm under pressure

Preferred Candidates

• Based in Goa, Karnataka, or Maharashtra
• Willing to work full-time on site in Goa

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
