Description We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint environments, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and support end-users in navigating SharePoint effectively. Responsibilities Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and procedures. Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows according to business requirements. Provide technical support and training to end-users on SharePoint functionalities. Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions. Implement security measures to protect sensitive information stored in SharePoint. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices. Skills and Qualifications 5-15 years of experience in SharePoint administration and management. Proficient in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server configurations. Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and content types. Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation tasks. Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and Nintex workflows. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and integration with SharePoint. Experience with user permissions management and security settings in SharePoint. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train users effectively.
