The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and managing AWS infrastructure and DevOps setup, along with the ability to delegate and distribute tasks effectively within the team. Responsibilities include deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing an AWS production system, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. The role involves resolving problems across multiple application domains and platforms using system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for automating different operational processes by designing, maintaining, and managing tools, providing primary operational support and engineering for cloud issues and application deployments, and leading the organization's platform security efforts by collaborating with the engineering team. They will also need to maintain/improve existing policies, standards, and guidelines for IAC and CI/CD that teams can follow, work closely with Product Owner and development teams for continuous improvement, and analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure issues while developing tools/systems for task automation. The required tech stack to handle daily operation workload and managing the team includes Cloud: AWS and AWS Services such as CloudFront, S3, EMR, VPC, VPN, EKS, EC2, CloudWatch, Kinesis, RedShift, Organization, IAM, Lambda, Kinesis, Code Commit, CodeBuild, ECR, CodePipeline, Secret Manager, SNS, Route53, as well as DevOps tools like SonarQube, FluxCD, Terraform, Prisma Cloud, Kong, and site 24*7. This position may require occasional travel to support cloud initiatives and attend conferences or training sessions.
