What You’ll Do: Sales & Customer Analytics: Track sales performance, customer behavior, retention, repeat rates, and channel performance (online/offline, Swiggy/Zomato, walk-ins, etc.) 💰 Growth Metrics: Monitor CAC, AOV, LTV, and identify ways to improve ROI across marketing channels. 🥕 Procurement & Inventory: Analyze procurement data, raw material usage trends, and create forecasting models to prevent stockouts or wastage. 🧃 Prep & Output Optimization: Study juice prep processes, yields, and wastage. Identify efficiency gaps in production to improve margins and consistency. 📦 Operations Insights: Assist with demand planning, delivery efficiency, and stock movement between locations (if any). 📈 Reporting: Build weekly dashboards and insights reports for founder-level decisions. Though we operate at a limited scale now, we're growing fast—and are looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our daily store operations and backend processes. Your Role – What You'll OwnAs Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business—ensuring smooth daily functioning across store operations, team management, procurement, logistics, customer experience, and delivery coordination. Responsibilities: Store & Production Oversight Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, and production flow Ensure timely prep and packaging of juices with quality checks Monitor prep/output ratios and minimize wastage Team & Staff Management Lead and coordinate a team of prep staff, kitchen assistants, delivery personnel, and cleaning staff Manage shift schedules, discipline, morale, and efficiency of the ground team Train and supervise staff in hygiene, SOPs, and safety practices Procurement & Inventory Handle daily and weekly procurement of fruits, vegetables, packaging, and cleaning supplies Maintain optimal stock levels—avoid overstocking or shortages Liaise with vendors for timely supply and best pricing Logistics & Deliveries Oversee dispatching of customer orders (online and offline) Manage coordination with delivery partners like Swiggy, Zomato, or in-house riders Ensure accurate, timely, and hygienic delivery of all orders Customer Experience Handle in-store customers and walk-ins with a warm, professional approach Resolve complaints or order issues quickly and calmly Maintain a high NPS (Net Promoter Score) for the brand through consistent service Reporting & Coordination Send daily reports on sales, inventory, prep, and delivery stats to the founder Flag operational bottlenecks or staff issues early Suggest improvements in processes and cost control Who You Are 2–5 years of experience managing F&B, QSR, or retail operations Strong leadership and people management skills (especially with blue-collar teams) Extremely reliable, disciplined, and calm under pressure Fluent in English + local language (Telugu/ Hindi) Basic comfort with Excel/WhatsApp/ordering dashboards (e.g. Swiggy, POS) Passionate about clean food, customer delight, and building something meaningful Nice to Have Experience with food licensing, hygiene protocols, and vendor negotiation Background in cloud kitchen, juice bars, or similar formats Has worked in a startup or fast-growing small business before Why Work With Us Join a growing health-forward brand at a pivotal stage High ownership role with real impact Work closely with the founder Healthy, energetic, and positive work environment
