As an AV/Collaboration Engineer at EIL Global, you will be responsible for supporting a large-scale Microsoft Teams native implementation project across 61 meeting rooms in the Bangalore office. Your role will involve assessing existing Polycom-based meeting rooms, designing migration plans to Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), deploying and configuring Polycom room solutions for Teams native experience, ensuring seamless integration between Polycom devices and Microsoft Teams, conducting installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of AV equipment, providing necessary Hypercare support post-implementation, working with network, IT, and facilities teams for infrastructure readiness, delivering documentation, configuration standards, and user training, providing technical expertise during project execution and support post-deployment stabilization, coordinating with the Global video team, following Clients video standards, and preparing signoff documents on test results with customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess existing Polycom-based meeting rooms and design the migration plan to Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). - Deploy and configure Polycom room solutions (cameras, controllers, speakers, microphones) for Teams native experience. - Ensure seamless integration between Polycom devices and Microsoft Teams. - Conduct installation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of AV equipment in 61 rooms. - Provide necessary Hypercare support post-implementation. - Work with network, IT, and facilities teams for infrastructure readiness (cabling, connectivity, room layout). - Deliver documentation, configuration standards, and user training. - Provide technical expertise during project execution and support post-deployment stabilization. - Coordinate with Global video team and follow Clients video standards to meet with teams native installation. - Signoff document preparation on test results with customer and handover to the operation team. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in AV/Video Conferencing technologies. - Strong hands-on expertise with Polycom RealPresence, Group Series, Trio, and Logitech room systems. - Proven experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) implementation. - Good understanding of SIP, H.323, VoIP, and AV integration standards. - Skilled in troubleshooting AV/network issues in enterprise setups. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
