We are currently looking for experienced Product Manager who can help drive the product vision and evolution of the Movius product portfolio. Working closely with other product managers, engineering, service, sales, and customer success teams, the product manager will collaborate to define a strategy and an implementation plan to deliver on the roadmap. The Product Manager is responsible for the setting of strategic product direction, collating and maintaining product requirements and ensuring successful realization of product strategy across the portfolio within our chosen market categories and customer segment domains. As a product manager, you will: Own and drive the evolution of the Movius Platform including the Movius APIs, and integration of AI capabilities. Document product requirements in detail and drive delivery through the engineering team. Engage and interface with large strategic customers and play the role of product evangelist in the market to support Sales and gather Voice of the Customer feedback. Track overall market dynamics and competitive landscape. Drive optimization, efficiency and scalability for current platform. Lead the product planning from concept through to product approval and launch. This includes the resource planning to execute Product evolution. Be a hands-on person in terms of grooming product stories with architecture, engineering, testing and DevOps teams. Support the sales and marketing teams with product questions and customer presentations. Develop presentations, whitepapers, and RFP responses to support technical and non-technical customer requirements and presentations for sales and executive leadership team members. Manage time schedules and overall product delivery. Report on both the business and operational performance of your products and customers on a regular basis. Who are you: Minimum 5 years experience in product management in a fast-paced company. Must have a bachelor s degree in information technology or engineering. An advanced degree such as a master s degree or MBA is a plus You are a strategic thinker and technically savvy in enterprise software, communications stack, APIs, cloud, and mobile devices. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology. You are structured in your daily work with attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently and meet committed deadlines. The ability to solicit customer requirements from many sources, prioritize, and work with engineering and design to deliver Exceptional verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate and communicate with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Experience creating and contributing to a software product lifecycle evolution management, evangelizing the product vision, and grooming stories. Advantage: Knowledge of telecommunications networks, SIP stack, VoIP. 2-3 years of experience working is a similar position in a Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.
