Maintain Hygiene & Safety – Ensure proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations while following salon health standards. Stay Updated on Hair Trends & Techniques – Continuously upgrade skills in latest cuts, coloring methods, treatments, and premium product usage. Recommend Products & Aftercare – Educate clients on hair maintenance, suggest salon treatments, and promote premium haircare products. Deliver Luxury Experience – Maintain professionalism, provide personalized attention, and enhance overall client satisfaction. Time & Appointment Management – Manage services efficiently within scheduled time slots while ensuring quality results.
