As an Embedded Software Engineer at our client's international professional services brand, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing an embedded software platform used in a broad range of new products. Your key responsibilities include creating technical specifications for new features, delivering detailed designs of software components, reviewing and documenting code, supporting projects during integration and application of the software platform, and supporting the qualification and certification of products. Professional Competencies and Requirements: - Proven expertise and practical experience in designing embedded systems with a solid background in real-time systems. - Excellent coding skills in C/C++ with programming experience. - Solid experience with RTOS and real-time analysis. - Good knowledge of embedded hardware such as ARM development boards and Single-Board Computers. - Previous experience in cyber security and/or functional safety is an advantage. - Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Educational Background: - Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.
