Job Description Main Responsibilities: w Checking of BOM-variable cost working, fixed cost and conversion cost; Updating standard costs of product; Linking sku with machine for proper cost allocation w Monthly product costing closing process; Working product costing-Allocation of all expenses by sku by machine; computing monthly depreciation w Coordinating quarterly wall count of inventory-Verification on inventory records with physical inventory, coordinating physical verification of fixed assets w Coordinating payment of import; Updating bottom-up price and selling price in SAP; Working out bottom price for skus on quarterly basis w Month end reports-COGM report (by category, by machine, by SKU), Contribution Margin (CM) report, Profitability report by SKU; Prepare and review of inventory ageing report w Preparation and review of Business Review Report-Mill i.e BR deck-packing cost (Current Vs previous month), Total cost-by machine, by category, by sku; BR supporting template, other cost break-up w Coordination HQ for day-to-day SAP matters-FICO, MM, SD, Production module Key Requirements: w Cost Accountant (CMA) / or relevant experience with 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. w Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software w Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills w Strong interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
