Role & responsibilities Assist in the design, development, and validation of BMS hardware and software. Support cell and pack-level monitoring (voltage, current, temperature, SoC, SoH, etc.). Collaborate on development of BMS algorithms including balancing, protection, thermal management, and diagnostics. Interface with battery modeling, thermal system teams, and vehicle control units. Conduct bench testing, HIL simulation, and validation of BMS functionality. Analyze data from battery packs to troubleshoot and improve BMS performance. This role involves integrated modelling of fluid systems, rotating equipment, and electrical connections, using advanced simulation platforms such as SIMSEN to evaluate dynamic response across full operating envelopes.
