Familiarity with emerging grid-forming converter technologies and their application in renewable energy integration is beneficial. Experience working closely with or within transmission utilities/TSOs on interconnection projects or advanced grid studies (e.g. cross-border interconnectors, renewable energy integration, large-scale battery storage projects). Familiar with international grid codes and standards (e.g. IEC, IEEE) relevant to transmission planning and grid connection requirements. Strong proficiency in power system simulation software Siemens PSS®E is essential. Experience with additional power system analysis tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory and/or PSCAD (in particular for electromagnetic transient studies or detailed converter modeling).
