We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer with strong expertise in aerodynamics, aeroelasticity, structural engineering , and material science . The role involves designing airfoils and structural frames for UAVs and drones, including simulations and calculations. Conduct aerodynamic simulations and analyses to optimize the drone's / UAV flight performance, stability, and efficiency. Design and develop drone structures that are lightweight , durable , and capable of withstanding various operating conditions. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD - SolidWorks) software to create detailed and precise drone components and assemblies . Evaluate and select appropriate materials for drone components based on performance requirements , cost considerations , and weight constraints . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and make necessary improvements.
