Development & Production Support: Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible at scale, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on product requirements, cost, and sustainability. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the product development lifecycle, including design specifications, test reports, and engineering changes. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product issues.
