Key Responsibilities: Design mechanical components and assemblies based on engineering requirements and product needs. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to spearhead our Pod Shell and Radome design activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background with extensive experience in designing and analyzing pod and radome structures. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring technical excellence, and coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of pod shells and radomes, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Oversee stress and vibration analysis for structural integrity and durability. Coordinate effectively with structural, antenna, and other related teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Mentor and guide team members to achieve project milestones and maintain high-quality standards. Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and analysis reports. Identify potential design challenges early and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality requirements. Qualifications & Skills: M.Tech/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in pod shell and radome design. Strong knowledge of stress analysis, vibration analysis, and structural design. Experience with CAD software and simulation tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in defense or aerospace projects.
