Job Title: Engineer Division: Weir Minerals Location: Brigade Opus, Bangalore Hybrid Purpose of Role: To support Business Units across the division in the areas of mechanical engineering related to product orders, system engineering involving multiple products and manufacturing support. RESPONSIBILITIES Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in IMPB manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to IMPB manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects related to IMPB systems from concept through implementation, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
