As a Detailer at our company established in 2016 in Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed shop drawings for reinforced concrete elements including foundation, columns, beams, walls, slabs, elevator structures, stairs, etc. You will also be expected to generate Bar Bending Schedules both manually and using industrial software. Additionally, having the ability to manage structural steel, architectural, and MEP functional drawings would be advantageous. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing project documents to identify conflicts, missing dimensions, and specification gaps. Effective coordination and communication with clients and team members are essential aspects of this position. Working collaboratively as part of a project team to meet deadlines and ensure quality assurance is a key component of this role. Other responsibilities include performing material take-off and interdisciplinary coordination, conducting quality checks on drawings, preparing roof framing and arrangement drawings, and developing foundation arrangement drawings with detailed specifications. You will also be responsible for creating structural fabrication drawings, including joint welding and riveting details. About the Team: We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Body Simulation Engineer (MBD) with experience in using Simpack to work on powertrain, Suspension and Simulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing simulation models to support the design and development of powertrain/driveline systems. What you can look forward to as Simulation Engineer (m/f/d): Develop and execute simulation models for Air Suspension Systems, powertrain systems and Steering Systems using Simpack software. Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulation models are aligned with project goals. Develop and maintain simulation models for various Air Suspension, powertrain components, including transmissions, and drivelines. Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of design changes on system performance. Develop and maintain simulation tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Provide technical support to other engineers and stakeholders on simulation-related issues. Your Profile as Simulation Engineer (m/f/d): Masters degree in mechanical engineering. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Multi Body Simulation using Simpack software. Experience in Powertrain/driveline, Suspension systems and Streeting systems simulation is required. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with MATLAB or Python is a plus. Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and control systems is a plus.
