Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Simulation Setup:
Build and manage simulation projects in Ansys Workbench, linking CAD, Meshing, Setup, Solution, and Results.
Analysis:
Perform Structural (Static, Fatigue, Non-linear), Thermal (Heat Transfer), and/or CFD (Fluid Dynamics) simulations.
Pre-processing:
Prepare geometry, create quality meshes (HyperMesh experience is a plus), and apply loads/boundary conditions.
Post-processing:
Analyze results (stress, strain, temperature, flow fields) and interpret data.
Reporting:
Document findings, validate designs, and provide actionable insights to design/R&D teams.
Testing & Validation:
Verify simulation accuracy against physical tests and improve analysis methods

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
Software:
Proficiency in Ansys Workbench (Mechanical, Fluent, CFX, etc.), CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo), and potentially scripting (Python).
FEA/CFD Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Finite Element Method, numerical methods, and physics principles.
Domains:
Experience in stress analysis, thermal analysis, aerodynamics, structural dynamics, etc..
Soft Skills:
Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ability to learn quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

Engineer with 5 to 8 Years of experience

Should be willing to work 6 days in a week ( Except 3rd saturday)
