job Title: Sales Manager – Housing & Mortgage Loans Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Location: Hyderabad About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving high loan disbursement targets, a strong network of builders and DSAs, and deep knowledge of housing finance processes. Key Responsibilities: Source business for Housing Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans through direct channels, DSAs, builders, and property consultants. Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and revenue targets Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers for repeat business. Ensure accurate KYC, loan documentation, and compliance as per RBI/NHB guidelines. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and timely disbursals. Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in BFSI sector sales (Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP only). Strong local market knowledge and builder network. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Key Skills: Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Relationship building & networking abilities. Target-driven and self-motivated. Good understanding of local real estate trends. Compensation: Attractive fixed salary + performance incentives + benefits (as per company policy).
