Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautic Engineering Degree. M.E/M.Tech or B.E/B. Tech graduates are welcome to apply. At least 1 year experience in similar position and/or in the field of 3D system simulation Understanding of physics and controls of Auto / Aero / Mechanical industries systems Knowledge of Simcenter strongly preferred though candidates with knowledge of equivalent software may be considered (Matlab / Simulink, GT Power, Dymola) if they meet all other requirements to a high standard. Basic programming experience with C, or Python is an advantage. Good communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication in English (written and oral) The candidate must be dynamic and enthusiastic. Ability to travel up to 20%

Key Responsibilities: The primary and majority function of this job is to manage a team. Manages personnel activities of staff (i.e. hires, trains, appraises, pay, rewards, motivates, disciplines, recommends termination as vital, etc.). Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customer expectations, on achieving high quality and timely delivery. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism. Ability to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Builds, documents, and implements software designs which may involve signicant re-architecture of meaningful systems, dening and coordinating implementation of wide-reaching impacts. Acts as Technical lead of projects that span multiple areas of a product. Broad and direct consulting with customers in regard to future upgrades and products. Sets the technical direction for one area of a product. Promotes innovation through the ability to introduce new technology/knowledge into multiple areas of a product and to our people. Able to solve the most complex of technical problems. Technical Lead in guiding junior engineers. Works without supervision on the most complex projects with complete latitude for independent judgment and technical expertise. Advanced knowledge of the eld. Assist with less experienced peers. Qualication: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related eld 8+ years total working experience of software development or management We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2+ years management experience of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously. Programming experience in any one of Java/C# languages. Experience using TypeScript and NodeJS is a plus ! We are seeking for candidate who has understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with some experience in leading Agile teams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to optimally work with cross-functional teams across subject areas, roles, and geographical and time zone boundaries Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development. Desired Requirements: Have a good understanding of modern architectures and DevOps principles ! Experience with cloud service development, deployments and operations, scalability and reliability and resources optimization. Familiar with one or more products in the Siemens Digital Industry Software portfolio, such as NX, Teamcenter, Simcenter, Opcenter, Mendix, Insights Hub, Siemens Xcelerator. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Familiarity with security best practices and implementing security controls in a cloud environment

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled SIMCENTER 3D Expert with 5-8 years of experience in advanced simulation domains, including structural mechanics, multi-body dynamics, thermal simulation, flow simulation, and CFD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-fidelity simulations, optimizing product designs, and providing insights for performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: Perform structural mechanics simulations using Simcenter 3D to analyze stress, strain, and deformation in complex components. Conduct multi-body dynamics MBD) simulations to evaluate kinematics and dynamics of mechanical systems. Execute thermal simulations to study heat transfer, temperature distribution, and thermal stresses. Perform flow simulations to analyze fluid behavior, aerodynamics, and flow-related phenomena. Apply Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)principles to optimize product performance and efficiency. Work closely with design and engineering teams to integrate simulation insights into product development. Validate simulation results through experimental data and real-world testing. Optimize simulation workflows for improved accuracy and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex simulation issues. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. 4-9 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Simcenter 3D. Strong expertise in structural mechanics, multi-body dynamics, thermal simulation, flow simulation, and CFD Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) SIEMENS SIMCENTER Nastran and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using SIEMENS SIMCENTER Experience with CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret and validate simulation results effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automation of simulation processes Knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for simulation automation. Exposure to optimization techniques and Design of Experiments (DOE)
