Job Title: Hardware Testing In-charge IoT Devices (End-of-Line) Location: Bangalore Department: Quality Reports to : Quality Lead Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing batch-level hardware testing of IoT devices at the End-of-Line (EOL) stage. Ensures quality standards, SIM management, and reporting protocols are strictly followed before device dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute EOL batch testing of IoT devices as per defined SOPs. Ensure all hardware (GPS, CAN, IO modules) passes functional, connectivity, and quality checks. Oversee SIM card insertion, activation, network testing, and management for each device. Maintain detailed testing reports and logs using Excel and other internal tools. Communicate test outcomes, failures, and batch approvals via email to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards and escalate non-conformities. Train and guide junior testers/operators if applicable. Coordinate with production, R&D, and customer support teams for test-related feedback and resolutions. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication or related field. Experience: 13 years in hardware/IoT testing preferred. Freshers with strong basics can also be considered.
