We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and lead the organic growth initiatives for both client projects and in-house platforms. About the Role As our SEO Specialist , you’ll be responsible for developing and executing robust SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall digital visibility. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into everything we create. This role requires someone analytical, strategic, and deeply knowledgeable in the ever-evolving world of search engines. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects, balancing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct detailed website audits and create actionable roadmaps for improvement. Perform in-depth keyword research and build topic clusters that align with user intent. Optimize website architecture, internal linking, URL structures, and content for target keywords. Manage and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority. Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. Collaborate with content writers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives engagement and ranks well. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques — proactively recommending adjustments. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of proven hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is a plus). Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and modern SEO practices. Strong experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.). Technical SEO knowledge: crawling, indexing, site speed, schema markup, canonicalization. Experience planning and executing link-building strategies. Comfortable conducting competitor analysis and market research. Ability to communicate insights clearly and craft practical action plans. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
