We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and take ownership of the customization, automation, and integration needs within our Salesforce environment. This role requires not only technical expertise in Apex, flows, and integrations but also strong analytical skills to simplify complex automations and provide clear documentation of our Salesforce instance. The ideal candidate will be both a builder and an investigatorable to map, optimize, and document processes while ensuring business continuity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Development & Customization Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and controllers . Build and optimize flows, process builder automations, and formula fields . Implement and manage roll-up helpers for advanced data aggregation. Configure and manage triggered emails, webhooks, and outbound messaging . Integration & Automation Maintain and extend integrations with HubSpot and Zapier . Ensure seamless data and process flows across external platforms. Create and manage custom Salesforce APIs, web services, and third-party integrations . Data Management Perform data migrations , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Develop and maintain data mapping between systems and objects. Troubleshoot data flow issues and proactively resolve discrepancies. System Analysis & Optimization Analyze existing Salesforce fields, formulas, and relationships to identify dependencies and origins. Map and simplify complex flows and automations , ensuring clarity in logic and process branches. Evaluate calculated fields and recommend optimizations to improve system performance. Documentation & Governance Develop clear, detailed documentation of Salesforce architecture, flows, automations, and integrations . Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of processes, calculations, and field mappings. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and clarity in system functionality. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and declarative tools. Deep expertise in Flows, Process Builder, and advanced formula fields . Strong background in Salesforce integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, APIs, webhooks). Proven experience in data migration, ETL processes, and system mapping . Ability to analyze, optimize, and document complex flows and automations . Experience with roll-up summary solutions (native or third-party tools). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred. Desired Attributes Exceptional ability to trace fields and data back to their origins and explain relationships. Skilled at untangling complex logic and presenting simplified solutions.
