Computer Operator cum Office Assistant Company: Silicon Valley Cyber Cafe About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator cum Office Assistant to manage our cyber cafe operations and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the cyber cafe including computer systems and internet services Assist customers with basic computer operations and internet browsing Handle online form filling services for customers Maintain computer systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues Process customer payments and maintain transaction records Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment Provide customer support and resolve queries Assist with basic office administrative tasks Monitor internet usage and ensure compliance with cafe policies Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass education Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Good communication skills in Hindi/English Customer service oriented approach Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of MS Office applications Familiarity with internet browsing and email operations
