Hardware Support: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Perform hardware upgrades, including memory, hard drives, and other critical components. Ensure proper functioning of hardware devices by conducting regular maintenance and diagnostics. Desktop Support: Provide desktop support, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end-users. Manage operating system updates, antivirus software, and other desktop security measures. Assist with the setup and deployment of new desktops and laptops, including imaging and data migration. Network Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Conduct network performance analysis, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal network performance. Assist in the setup and maintenance of VPNs, LANs, and WANs across various locations. Field Engineering: Travel to various locations as needed to provide on-site support for hardware, desktop, and network issues. Coordinate with the central IT team and other stakeholders to resolve technical problems efficiently. Document all support activities, including issue resolution and hardware inventory updates. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
