Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Theatre Installation Technician – Trainee. The role involves assisting in the installation, setup, and basic servicing of home theatre systems and AV equipment at client sites. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior technicians in installing home theatre systems, projectors, screens, and audio equipment. - Handle basic wiring, mounting, and connectivity. - Learn to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues. - Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness. - Follow safety and quality standards during installations. - Interact politely with clients on-site and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Basic knowledge of electronics/audio-video systems is an advantage. - Willingness to learn and work in the field. - Should be physically fit and ready for field travel. - Qualification: ITI/Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Freshers welcome. Training & Growth: On-the-job training will be provided. High-performing trainees may be absorbed into full-time technician roles with performance-based incentives.
