As a part of our team, you will be contributing to the success of our projects which are a result of our technology partnerships with KVT Technology Austria and Combustion Solutions Austria, as well as our established legacy business from the former joint Venture with Credfeld U.K, Jasubhai Credfeld Ltd. We specialize in offering customized turnkey solutions in the Engineering & Site Services Department at locations in Ahmedabad and Vashi. You should hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Instrumentation and possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in related OEM, EPC, or Engineering Consulting Organizations. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of electrical, control & instrumentation systems, with the ability to interpret P&IDs. Knowledge of Field Instrumentation including Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Measurement, Valves, and Pumps & Motors, along with proficiency in PLC SCADA & HMI Engineering is essential. Familiarity with Hazardous Area Classifications and SIL 2/3 requirements is preferred. Your attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex customer technical specifications will be crucial in ensuring design engineering compliance. We expect you to bring innovative ideas and challenge conventional practices for standardization and future repeatability. Your responsibilities will include preparing Field Instruments/Control Valves Data Sheets, Hook-up Detail Drawings, control system engineering, P&ID, Loop Diagrams, Control Philosophy, and Cable Schedules. You will be involved in the selection of instruments based on process data, preparing Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Index, I/O List, Control Valve Selection & FE Sizing, Project Schedule, PID, Hook-up Drawings, Control Logic, and Control Philosophy. Additionally, you will handle Floating enquiries for Field Instruments & PLC System, Technical Evaluation of Offers from Vendors, and collaborate with Project Manager & Draftsmen during Project Execution. Your role will also involve preparing Cable Schedules, JB Location on Plant Layout, overseeing Drawing and Design Control, and maintaining project records.
