Role: Senior Manager/ DGM Luxury Sales Exp :10+ Years Location : Central Delhi/ South Delhi Domain/ Industry: Ultra Luxury Real Estate Development Job Role and Key Deliverables Core expertise in End-to-End Sales & Marketing of Luxury/ Ultra Luxury Residential-Group Housing Projects. Planning & Business development of Residential-Ultra Luxury Group Housing Projects in Central Delhi and South-West Delhi. Management of the overall spectrum of Sales, Channel Sales, Marketing, Business Developments, Branding- Promotions and Revenue Generations. Design, Develop and Execute Business Plan, Sales Pipeline Development. Develop and nurture Strong Channel Partnerships across geographies of Delhi-NCR and Northern India market. Activation of Channel Partners across Delhi-NCR to ensure walk-ins drive and sales closures as per assigned targets. Training of CP Team, Lead registration, Lead Follow Ups, Support in campaign Activation Implement the Sales strategy, channel sales planning & execution, new market development Generating sales through the Existing HNI, UHNI and COX Level Clients, Events, new Launches and Campaigns. Handling in-depth Competition analysis in the Residential, Group Housing, Commercial Real estate segment on a regular basis and work out appropriate strategies to tackle competition. Interfacing with Channel Partners / financial institutions for organizing events and other sales promotional activities. Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and has an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize, organize, follow through on and meet deadlines Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and ability to build strong productive partnerships throughout all levels and across cultures & conflict management skills Strong team leader, team player, people, organizational & culture savvy Sound analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems with proven ability to identify issues and projects Key Essentials and Attributes: Core Experience in Luxury, Ultra Luxury Goods and Services , Ability to handle and Showcase the Project Presentation to HNI, UHNII and CXO Level Clientele. Pre Sales, Channel Sales and Life Cycle of Project Sales. Excellent Communication, Inter-personal and Team Handling & Team Development skills RERA guidelines / Knowledge about local bye laws Should be proactive to gauge the market trends and opportunities Competition mapping through secondary and primary research Design, Develop & implement Sales & Marketing Strategy inline and consultation with Management Product Configuration, Amenities, Pricing and Project positioning. Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales & organizing for Property Expos & Fests
