Responsibilities: Perform professional and efficient installations of Direct-to-Home (DTH) systems, ensuring optimal signal quality and functionality. Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operation, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues on-site. Install, configure, and maintain DTH equipment including set-top boxes, antennas, and related accessories according to company standards. Precisely align satellite dishes to achieve optimal signal strength and clarity using appropriate testing equipment. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to prevent service disruptions. Accurately document installation and service details in the company's system. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while performing installations and repairs. Present a professional image and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers. Requirements: Proven knowledge and practical experience in installing DTH systems, including antenna alignment, cable routing, and set-top box configuration. Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and satellite communication technology. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to DTH systems efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Ability to identify and resolve problems independently and efficiently. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting equipment. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or diploma in electronics or related field is a plus. 0-3 years of experience in DTH installation and servicing. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
