The requirements of the role involve extensive travel to outlets, visiting different markets, engaging with consumers and customers during activations, multitasking, dealing with complex challenges, and constantly seeking new opportunities for growth. Your areas of responsibility will include outlet management, conducting market surveys, ensuring installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, finalizing beat plans for outlet mapping, developing signage elements, supervising contracts for rental outlets, maintaining accurate documentation, managing brand communication and visibility, coordinating with vendors, tracking budget spend, monitoring performance analytics, providing feedback for improvement, training promoters, and aligning the sales team with marketing activities.
