We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to not only create original designs but also to adapt existing files, prepare layouts, and ensure all files are optimized for various machine programs and production methods. Key Responsibilities Design Creation: Conceptualize and create original visual designs, including but not limited to logos, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials, based on client and company requirements. File Adaptation & Optimization: Adapt existing graphic files to new specifications, ensuring they meet the correct dimensions, color profiles, and resolution for various applications. Layout and Composition: Develop and prepare basic layouts for print and digital media, maintaining brand consistency and visual hierarchy. Production File Preparation: Prepare final digital files with precision for machine programming and production, such as for laser cutters, plotters, or CNC machines. This includes ensuring all vectors are clean, fonts are outlined, and colors are correctly configured. Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop for image editing and manipulation, Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, and CorelDRAW for a variety of design and production-oriented tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to understand technical limitations and ensure designs are feasible and efficient to produce. Quality Control: Review and proof all designs and prepared files for accuracy, ensuring they are free of errors before going to production. Portfolio Maintenance: Maintain and organize a library of digital assets and design files for easy retrieval and use.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Duties: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and record keeping. Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, payments, and expense claims. Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets. Manage petty cash and process employee expense reports. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. Administrative & Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, managing office correspondence, and handling incoming calls. Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and payments. Support other office-related tasks as needed to ensure a productive work environment.
