The role of SAP SF Compensation Consultant requires 4 to 10 years of experience. As a consultant, you will be responsible for gathering and challenging business requirements, driving workshops, writing and presenting detailed functional specifications, validating development during qualification tests, supporting the development team during the technical design and development phase, and assisting the business team during UAT Tests. It is essential to have effective communication skills to relay information clearly in both written and verbal forms. Interpersonal interaction is crucial as you will need to work well with the team and client stakeholders. Proficiency in SAFe, Agile, Business Analyst, Agile Knowledge, and UAT Tests are necessary for this role. Good interpersonal interaction skills are also required to collaborate effectively with the team and client stakeholders. Additional skills in SAFe and Agile are considered beneficial for this position.,
