Sieving Engineer (Male Candidates Only – Vadodara)

We are looking for a dedicated and stable Sieving Engineer with hands-on experience in powder or pulses processing. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Ultrasonic Sieving Systems and Atomizer Technology, and should be based in Vadodara. The role involves operating and maintaining sieving systems, ensuring accurate particle size separation, and upholding product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mechanical and ultrasonic sieving equipment.
• Perform sieve analysis and ensure consistency in particle size distribution.
• Handle and troubleshoot ultrasonic mesh cleaning systems and atomizers used in powder or granule processing.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain detailed records of operations.
• Ensure compliance with product quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate long-term stability.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Experience: 2–4 years in powder/pulses processing, sieving operations, or a related role.

• Technical Skills:
• Experience with Ultrasonic Sieving Machines
• Knowledge of Atomizers (rotary, spray, etc.)
• Understanding of mesh sizes and particle separation

• Location: Only candidates from Vadodara will be considered.

• Language: Must have good command of English (spoken and written).
